Within the scope of the EKUAL Project carried out by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, a new “Read & Publish” agreement has been signed with Institute of Physics (IOP Publishing) for the 2026–2028 period. This agreement supports both access to academic content and the publication of Open Access (OA) articles.

- Scope: Funded Journal List (The agreement covers unlimited Open Access (OA) article publishing in both hybrid journals and gold (fully) open access journals.)

- Corresponding Author Requirement: The corresponding author must be an active member of the university’s academic staff. An institutional email address must be used in the application form (@medipol.edu.tr).
