Services for Users with Disabilities

Authorized Representative Service

Users with disabilities can authorize an authorized representative by submitting a written request in order to make effective use of library services.

The authorized representative can obtain materials and carry out borrowing, returning, renewal, and other necessary library transactions on behalf of the user with a disability. Transactions carried out by the authorized representative are considered to have been made on behalf of the user. The user is responsible for any obligations arising from these transactions.

The Authorized Representative Request Form can be submitted in person to the library or sent by e-mail to [email protected].

Accessible Study Area

The library has a study desk reserved for users with disabilities. When a user with a disability needs to use this area, it should be made available to them.

Users with disabilities can ask library staff for assistance and guidance whenever they need it.
