APC Discount for BMC Journals (Pilot Program)
As part of the open access policies implemented by Springer Nature, an APC (Article Processing Charge) discount pilot is being applied for authors based in Turkey for BMC (BioMed Central) journals.
Within the scope of this pilot program:
- BMC journals are not included in the current “Read & Publish” agreement.
- A 75% discount on APC fees is provided for corresponding authors based in Turkey.
- Authors pay only 25% of the APC fee after their manuscript is accepted.
This initiative has been developed to support open access publishing and to reduce publication costs for researchers.
