Within the scope of the EKUAL Project carried out by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, a “Read & Publish” agreement has been signed with Oxford University Press (OUP) for the 2026–2028 period. This agreement covers both access to academic content and the publication of Open Access (OA) articles.
